If in your company…
… the Hungarian colleagues can’t seem to keep the deadlines, and the German boss always complains about this, yet nothing changes…
… the American client is very easy going and direct with everyone, which the Hungarian colleagues misunderstand and behave over-relaxed, which in turn weakens their performance…
… the Hungarians keep looking for a way out of doing their tasks, and don’t tdo their best because they feel „nothing will change anyways”…
… leaders are not effective enough…
… colleagues do not work together effectively enough, their know-how and skills are not tapped enough
EquinArt Training was created to propose solutions to problems arising in the above mentioned situations in the form of company trainings. Combining the advantages of the theory of cultural differences and natural horsemanship we are proud to introduce our trainings unique in their methodology.
We offer intercultural trainings fairly new in the scope of their topic in Hungary to those working in an international environment or with foreigners mostly, ideally to participants with a mixed cultural background. Instead of cultural do’s and don’ts we believe at EquinArt Training in providing such information and developing those skills of people working in an international environment that prepare them for managing future intercultural situations. This may be achieved by reducing the reasons of culturally different behaviors into a small number of cultural dimensions, a comprehensible toolkit instead of the daunting number of cultural conflicts. Our trainings are based on international and Hungarian research results, and either focus on differences in values or cultural differences of communication strategies in speaking and writing. High intercultural competence reduces workforce fluctuation, increases effective cooperation and team spirit, thereby increasing profit. More on intercultural trainings…
Our equine assisted team building and leadership skills trainings are new in methodology. These trainings provide an opportunity for the participants to learn inter-species communication from a species that is highly sensitive to the smallest features of nonverbal communication, thereby holding up a mirror for the participants concerning their body language, behavior, ‘presence’ and their role within the group. Learning to communicate with horses develops the participants’ human-to-human communication skills, as well as group cohesion. More on equine assisted trainings…
From the merger of the above mentioned two training types we have created our equine assisted intercultural competence training which is unique in Europe. What have horses got to do with intercultural situations? In order to communicate with horse, one must learn their language, which gesture means what in a given situation and how one must adapt one’s behavior in order to maintain the relationship. The same things are needed in intercultural situation to maintain a successful flow of information between and among participants of intercultural situations despite their cultural differences.
